FusionX operates on a monthly recurring subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting fusionx.agency/orders to manage your subscription, or by contacting our support team at ceo@fusionx.agency.
Cancellation requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. For cancellations through the orders page, the cancellation is immediate. For email requests, customers must provide their order confirmation number and the email address associated with their account.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Customers will continue to receive services until the end of their paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing cycle.
IMPORTANT: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate Instagram usernames and account information. FusionX is not liable for services delivered to incorrect accounts due to user-provided erroneous information.
If services are delivered to an incorrect account due to customer-provided incorrect username or link information, no refunds will be issued. The customer acknowledges that they must verify and confirm their account details before placing an order.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their Instagram username is correct before submitting their order. FusionX delivers services based on the exact information provided by the customer.
Once followers, likes, or other social media services have been delivered to an account, the process cannot be reversed or transferred to another account. Customers must ensure accuracy of their account information before purchase.
Any disputes regarding service delivery must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery completion. Claims made after this period will not be considered valid.
FusionX reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions for accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activities.
FusionX reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
